Freezer Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 qt. popped corn
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200\u00b0.
Boil together for 6 minutes the butter, sugar and syrup.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; stir until foamy and pour over popped corn, stirring to coat all kernels.
Spread onto 2 cookie sheets and bake 1 hour.
