Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. grated American cheese
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling water; drain and rinse.
    Make white sauce of butter, flour, milk and seasonings.
    Add 2/3 of cheese; stir until melted.
    Pour over macaroni in greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese and crumbs over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
