Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. mace
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Sift flour with dry ingredients.
Beat egg slightly.
Stir in milk, vanilla and shortening.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix just until
moistened.
Batter will be lumpy.
Add blueberries. Bake in muffin pans at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 12.
