Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs; beat well. Sift together the flour, salt, soda, baking powder and spices. Add to creamed mixture, alternating with the applesauce.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Spread batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
