Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple chunks, drain and save juice
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
    2 c. diced, unpeeled apples
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix pineapple and marshmallows. Refrigerate 8 hours.
    Mix flour, pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar and egg.
    Cook until thick. Refrigerate 8 hours.
    Mix Cool Whip and sauce. Add the pineapple and marshmallow mixture, peanuts and apples.
    Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
