Polish Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice or flavoring
6 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Combine cheese, sugar, flour, egg yolks and flavoring.
Mix well.
Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
Put
a graham cracker crust in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Pour cheese mixture over crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
