American Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 1/2 c. celery
    2 small onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 soup cans water
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, cut up and drained
Preparation
    Brown the hamburger.
    Saute celery and onions.
    Add soup, water, sprouts, mushrooms and chestnuts.
    Mix altogether with the rice.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until rice is done.
