Banana Flambee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large and sliced bananas
2 Tbsp. butter
few drops lemon juice
2 oz. rum or brandy
brown sugar
dash of cinnamon
Preparation

With top pan (of chafing dish) over direct heat, melt butter. Place bananas in pan and sprinkle both sides generously with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Saute until lightly browned on both sides. Distribute few drops of lemon juice over surface as bananas become soft and pour in rum or brandy.
\"Flame\" the dessert immediately before serving.
Serves 4.
