Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion, celery, water, margarine, soup, salt and pepper in saucepan; mix well.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour.
    Stir in evaporated milk.
    Heat just to serving temperature.
