Christmas Tree Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
    1 (8 oz.) container Wispride Port Cheddar, softened at room temperature
    1 small jar pimento stuffed olives
    1 stick Cheddar or other hard cheese
Preparation
    Combine the first 2 ingredients.
    When they are well mixed, shape with your hands into form of Christmas tree.
    Cut olives crosswise; stick into tree all over.
    Cover tree with chopped dry or fresh parsley; cut a star pattern of cardboard.
    Cut slice of Cheddar about 1/4-inch thick.
    Lay star pattern on cheese; carefully slice around pattern.
    Insert toothpick (carefully) into base of star; set into tree top.
    Serve with crackers.
