Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion
2 small cucumbers
1 medium green pepper
1 pt. of mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. gelatin
Juice from vegetables or 1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Dissolve gelatin in liquid.
Mix with mayonnaise. Add to finely chopped vegetables.
This is especially good in the spring or summer.
