Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. warm buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Water and milk temperature should be 110\u00b0 to 115\u00b0.
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in buttermilk and set aside.
