Clairmont Diner Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. sugar
    2 pt. sour cream
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in one egg at a time.
    Add sugar, continuing to mix well until fully blended. Fold in vanilla and sour cream.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for one hour and leave in oven with door slightly opened for an additional hour in well-greased 10-inch spring-form.
