Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. yellow squash
1 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/4 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook squash and onions together in 1/4 cup of water, adding salt and pepper.
Cook until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
Grease baking dish with margarine.
Layer ingredients in dish starting with squash and onions, cheese and top with bread crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
