Pork Chops Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, cut thick
    2 Tbsp. lard or drippings
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart oblong baking dish.
    Brown pork chops in lard or drippings seasoned with pepper.
    Cook spinach according to package directions, but reduce cooking time to 5 minutes.
    Drain spinach.
    Fold in soup and pour into baking dish.
