Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped sweet onion
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat cheese with a fork until smooth.
    Add 1/2 cup nuts, pepper, pineapple, onion, and salt.
    Shape into a ball.
    Roll in remaining nuts.
    Chill 5 hours or overnight.
