Boursin Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large (8 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. whipped butter
1/4 tsp. each: oregano, thyme, marjoram, dill, basil and pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Have ingredients at room temperature; mix together.
Optional is coarsely ground black pepper on top.
Food processor works well. May be frozen.
When thawed, put in processor again to restore creamy texture.
