Blue Ribbon Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 lb. round steak (1 1/2 inches thick)
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and mustard and sprinkle over steak; pound in meat.
    In heavy skillet, brown in oil.
    Add water and Worcestershire sauce and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours in covered skillet.
    Pour mushroom soup over meat and cook 10 minutes longer. Serves 6 to 8.
