Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lentils
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    potatoes, cubed (optional)
    1 tsp. dried cilantro
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    pinch of black pepper
Preparation
    Put together in a pressure cooker; cook 15 minutes.
    Serve with fat-free crackers.
