Suzie'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c milk
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c sugar
    1 t salt
    3 eggs
    1 pkg dry yeast
    4 1/2 c flour
Preparation
    Scald milk, add margarine, sugar and salt.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add yeast to milk mixture.
    Then add milk mixture to beaten eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add flour, knead.
    Place in greased bowl, or spray with cooking spray, cover with wax paper and then tea towel.
    Let rise in warm place 3-4 hours.
    Roll on floured surface. Divide into 3 equal sections.
    Roll each section out to a round 1/8-inch thick.
    Spread with soft margarine.
    Cut with a pizza cutter into 8 triangle pieces.
    Roll each up going from wide end to sharp point.
    Place on greased cookie sheet, shaping each one into a crescent.
    Let rise 2 hours.
    Bake 400 F 8-12 minutes.
    Freezes beautifully.
