Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. diced cooked chicken breast
2 c. drained pineapple chunks
3/4 c. toasted almonds or cashews
2 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
2 c. diced celery
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Preparation
-
Blend mayonnaise, sour cream and seasonings.
Toss with first 5 ingredients.
Chill and serve on crisp lettuce.
