Mexican Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
3/4 c. long grain rice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 1/2 c. water
bell pepper
Preparation

Brown pork chops in skillet.
Transfer to baking dish.
Pour rice over pork chops.
Mix together tomato sauce, taco seasoning and water. Pour over rice and pork chops.
Slice bell pepper into rings and place on top of pork chops.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Top with American cheese slices. Allow cheese to melt before serving.
