Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head Boston lettuce
    1 bunch watercress
    1 large cucumber, pared and sliced thin
    1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame seeds
Preparation
    Put lettuce, watercress, cucumber and oranges in bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and sesame seeds in a jar. Cove and shake well to mix. Toss with dressing just before serving.
