Crunchy Brunch Bars - cooking recipe

4 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt substitute
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Press the mixture firmly into a well-oiled jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch).
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into bars.
