Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
5 c. flour
2 cans Solo fruit filling
Preparation

Soften butter; cream together with softened ice cream.
Blend in flour a little at a time until it forms a soft dough.
Pinch off a small ball of dough, about the size of a quarter, and flatten center of ball with thumb.
Put spot of apricot, prune or other fruit filling in center of each kolacky.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
