Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 box corn muffin mix (I use 1/2 box)
    1 egg (can use 2)
    8 oz. or 2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 small sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until browned and solid.
