Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or margarine

Preparation

Mix well and sprinkle over the pie. Return to 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes to brown.
