Cheese Ball Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. Cheddar cheese cold pack (Wispride)
8 oz. jar Blue cheese spread
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 medium onion, grated
2 bags chopped nuts (topping)
Preparation

Allow cheese to become room temperature.
Beat cheeses, garlic powder and grated onion together in a mixer.
Put in refrigerator to get firm.
Divide mixture into 2 balls.
Place nut topping on Saran Wrap.
Roll mixture until well coated.
Store in refrigerator tightly wrapped.
