Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheese
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix together thawed hash browns and 1/2 cup butter.
    Add salt and pepper, undiluted cream of chicken soup, cheese, sour cream and onion.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together corn flakes and 1/2 cup butter; put on top of hash browns.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
