Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 2/3 lb.) chickens
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation

Cut chicken into pieces and remove skin.
Heat butter and oil in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 375\u00b0 in the oven until butter is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients (except chicken).
Place chicken neatly sides down in pan turning to coat with herb mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake until thickest pieces are done, about 30 minutes.
