Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 large onions
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 3 c. hot water
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onions together in skillet; add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into large casserole dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    I prefer to add the peas about 1/2 hour before it's finished baking.
    This way they will keep their green color and better flavor.
