Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cooked, boned and diced
    1 jar mild salsa supreme (small)
    1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
    1 small bag Doritos
    1 small can black olives, sliced
Preparation
    Place prepared chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle olives over top.
    Spread on Doritos and mash them down slightly to crush.
    Add 3/4 of the cheeses.
    In saucepan, bring to a boil: salsa, broth, soup and mushrooms.
    Pour hot liquid over chicken mixture.
    Add remaining cheeses over the top.
    Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 8 to 10.
