Baked Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
    12 oz. peach or apricot jam
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place tenderloin on rack in shallow roasting pan.
    Mix jam, salt, mustard and soy sauce in saucepan. Pour half over tenderloin, reserving the rest.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Heat remaining sauce in saucepan over low heat.
    Slice tenderloin into 1/4-inch diagonal slices.
    Serve with remaining sauce.
