Scallops Oriental(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh scallops
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Rinse scallops well and place in pan.
    Combine next 4 ingredients and mix.
    Brush scallops with the mixture.
    Broil at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until slightly browned.
    Turn scallops. Brush with remaining sauce.
    Broil 10 minutes longer or until well browned.
    Garnish with lemon wedges.
    Serves 6.
