Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. thinly sliced zucchini, unpeeled
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. oil or a little less
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 large chopped garlic cloves
    dash of pepper
    1 c. Bisquick or flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add Bisquick or flour last. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake until golden brown on top, about 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into finger size squares. Makes about 40.
