Flavorful Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 4 1/2 lb.) chuck roast
    3 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast on large sheet of heavy duty foil in roaster pan. Spread steak sauce over roast.
    Sprinkle with soup mix, salt and pepper.
    Pour mushroom soup over top.
    Fold foil to seal tightly. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 3 1/2 hours.
