Tomato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain tomatoes.
    Add beaten eggs and butter.
    Add cracker crumbs; let stand for a few minutes.
    If not stiff enough, add more cracker crumbs.
    Bake in a well-greased pan at 350\u00b0 until firm.
    Cut in squares.
    May also be used as a cake.
    Fry at a very low heat.
    Makes 8 servings.
