Low-Fat Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. skim milk
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Roll bread dough out to rectangle 9 x 6-inch.
    Spread skim milk over dough.
    In small bowl combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle over milk.
    Roll up bread lengthways; seal seam with a little milk.
    Cut 12 slices laying each pinwheel roll down flat in a 9 x 9-inch pan (sprayed with nonstick coating).
    Cover.
    Let rise in warm oven for 45 minutes (uncovered).
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    One fat gram per roll.
