Cajun Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. Creole seasoning (more if you'd like it spicier)
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. chopped thyme or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a shallow baking pan, blend all ingredients except potatoes, mixing well.
    Add potatoes and turn to coat each piece thoroughly.
    Bake, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and brown.
