Baked Chicken Breasts(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    garlic powder
    balsamic vinegar
    basil
Preparation
    Split chicken breasts and skin, if desired.
    Spray glass baking dish with nonstick/nonfat spray.
    Weigh chicken and pour small amount of vinegar over chicken. Sprinkle with garlic powder and basil. Cover pan with waxed paper, piercing for vent.
    Cook for 10 minutes per pound in microwave at maximum power.
