Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs
    oil (for deep frying)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, milk and eggs.
    Pour into hot cooking oil in a small stream, beginning in center of pan and widening circle to form an area about the size of a paper plate.
    Turn and brown top side.
    Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
