Chocolate Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. bourbon
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 1/4 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. finely ground pecans or walnuts
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
12 oz. chocolate sprinkles
Preparation

Sift cocoa and sugar together.
Set aside.
Combine bourbon and corn syrup in a bowl; stir in cocoa mixture, pecans, and vanilla wafers.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls; dip each in egg white and roll in chocolate sprinkles.
Store in a covered container.
Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
