Homemade Soup(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    4 carrots, chopped
    3 potatoes, pared and diced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. pepper sauce (Tabasco)
    1 tsp. salt + water to cover (about 3 c.)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker (crock-pot); cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
    Remove bones before serving.
