Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) cans bread crumbs
1/2 oz. parsley flakes
2 or 3 oz. garlic salt
8 oz. can Parmesan cheese
butter, melted
chicken pieces, skinned
Preparation

Blend together the bread crumbs, parsley, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese.
Dip skinned chicken in melted butter and roll in crumb mixture.
Cook 35 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered, or until tender and 35 minutes, open, at 350\u00b0.
Store unused portions in refrigerator or freezer.
