Festive Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    4 or 5 drops peppermint flavoring or to taste
    food coloring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Beat at high speed of electric mixer until well blended.
    Knead until smooth. Shape mints into rubber candy molds and place on paper towel covered baking sheet. Cover with another paper towel and let stand overnight to harden.
    Yields 8 1/2 to 9 dozen mints.
