Round Steak Morrelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced or diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut the steak into 6 portions.
    Combine the flour and salt and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of mixture over the steak.
    Pound the mixture into both sides of the steak.
    In a skillet, heat the shortening and brown the meat.
    Transfer meat to 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Blend remaining flour mixture to pan drippings. Stir in remaining ingredients constantly until thick and bubbly. Pour the mixture over meat and cover dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
