1 stick oleo
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
1 pkg. gummy worms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
