Scalloped Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 butternut squash
    2 eggs
    3/4 stick oleo or butter
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 stick oleo or butter
    broken pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Squash should be cooked and mashed.
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs, 3/4 stick of oleo and sugar, then add squash.
    Place squash mixture in baking dish.
    Mix brown sugar, flour and 1/4 stick oleo; sprinkle on top of squash.
    Top with broken pecans.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
