Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium cukes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Peel cukes and slice thin.
    Layer cukes in a medium size bowl. Cover with 3 cups water or enough to cover and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
    Chill.
    Pour off salted water and rinse in clear water. Drain.
    Blend sour cream, vinegar and sugar.
    Fold into cukes. Serve with a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
