Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Set aside.
    Combine next 4 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Fill cupcake liners 1/2 full.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon cream cheese filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 18 cupcakes.
